Longo Vital Energi is for you who would like a dietary supplement that contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Longo Vital Energy contains i.a. Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic acid, which contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. The dietary supplement also contains Ginseng (Panax ginseng CA Meyer), which is one of the oldest and most traditional plants in East Asia.

Note new packaging and new name - previously this was called ""GINSENG"" - contains the same ingredients. Bucket made of 48% recycled plastic.

Recommended daily dose: Adults and children from 15 years of age: 3 tablets in connection with a meal.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Caution is recommended when using medicines at the same time. Stop intake 1-2 weeks before planned surgery. Take a 2-3 week break after 3 months of continuous intake.
